Marketing Assitant

I am the Marketing Assistant and the Office Generalist at the Schmidt Group where I get to work on a little of everything from Internet Marketing Campaigns to Yellow Pages to general office operations. I am very excited have joined The Schmidt Group and to be learning the world of Marketing and the Internet.

A true Texan to the core, even my typing I has an accent! I am originally from Fort Worth Texas and have lived in Dallas, Austin & Houston until I met my wife & love of my life in Kerrville Texas. I Spent 21 years in the meat business as a meat market manager dealing with the national grocery store distribution. However, I began to find it harder to say goodbye to my lovely wife every morning when leaving for work and made the life choice to never have to do that again. Because life is to short not to be with the one you love, I decided to spend every minute of the day with her and together we changed careers to be the On Site Property Directors of Private Mini Storage just prior to relocating to South Florida & joining the Schmidt Group.

I am devoted to my best friend and wife and my family, together we have 4 children, 5 grand children, and 2 Chihuahuas - they are my world. I love to paint and am an artist at heart, I work with both oils & acrylics and have a passion for fishing - I am looking forward to a Florida Keys fishing exhibition. I love to cook & and find learning new things exhilarating. I am a graduate of life, with a major in the school of hard knocks! J I believe in the power of a positive attitude & in treating people with respect and
kindness - at the end of the day, it's the people around you not the stuff that matters.
